Key Responsibilities

As a Manager of Pharmacy Operations, you will be responsible for mentoring, developing, recruiting, hiring, training, and engaging pharmacy staff to deliver on pharmacy goals.

You will ensure all organizational activities and operational metrics are executed in compliance with state and/or federal regulations and laws governing financial and pharmacy operations.

Additionally, you will manage the budget and meet/exceed site budget and financial goals.

Prior healthcare, manufacturing, and/or supply chain experience is preferred, as well as a Pharm D or Master's degree in business, finance, logistics, or a related discipline.
