Lead Service Associate

This Senior Distribution Operations Manager position is responsible for overseeing the delivery of contracted services to customers, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with expertise in operations management, logistics, and supply chain management.
ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Distribution Operations Manager will:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels, shipping volumes, and customer feedback.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and location. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
