As a Behavioral Specialist, you will play a vital role in our mission by developing and implementing comprehensive behavioral assessments and treatment programs for children, their families, and community caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral assessments and treatment programs in school, home, and community settings
  • Provide staff training as needed
  • Administrative tasks, including timely completion of paperwork and phone contacts

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
  • At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior disorders
  • Experience with children on the autism spectrum
