ABA Therapist

Hillcroft Services Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing intensive behavioral intervention services to children with autism and other developmental disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disorders.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions based on established goals.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records via computer program.
• Manage children during therapy sessions, including providing support and redirection as needed.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for children and families.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; RBT Certification within the first 90 days of employment.
• Previous experience working with children with autism preferred but not required.
