Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
  1. Manage and coordinate background clearance and onboarding.
  2. Manage and monitor security training and renewal requirements.
  3. Track program/project deliverables, objectives, and schedules.
  4. Support PM, DPM, and Task Order Leads with weekly and monthly reporting.
  5. Prepare project reports, analysis, and presentations.
  6. Implement project/organization process improvements.
  7. Perform CMMI and ISO Quality audits and identify gaps and process improvements.
  8. Compile and analyze organizational process and project management KPIs.
  9. Organize and maintain SharePoint documents and sites.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent amount of work experience. You should also have strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time with attention to detail. Familiarity with PMP concepts and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are also required. Experience with Microsoft Project or similar project software is a plus.
