Position Details
Medline is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This position is remote and primarily supports our Information Technology division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the complete recruiting process for positions up to the Director level within the assigned divisions (Information Technology).
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and established networks to identify and attract suitable candidates for open roles.
- Evaluate candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, verifying references, and administering assessments as needed. Manage the offer process, including correspondence and follow-up.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers to ensure a consistent and high-quality recruitment experience.
- Gather and analyze data for recruitment metrics and reporting purposes.
- Adhere to all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in HR recruiting processes and practices, including at least one year of full-cycle recruiting for various positions.
- Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
- Experience in recruiting for Information Technology roles.
