Job Description:

The MIT Lincoln Laboratory Supercomputing Center (LLSC) is a world-renowned leader in interactive supercomputing, artificial intelligence, and big data technologies. Our team analyzes, architects, builds, and transitions technology, algorithms, and systems to satisfy the Nation's most difficult problems. We develop leading-edge, high performance solutions to address complex challenges in various domains.

Responsibilities:

May include authoring or coauthoring technical presentations, reports, and manuscripts for peer-reviewed conferences and/or journals. The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment as a member of multidisciplinary teams consisting of PhD-level scientists, faculty, and engineers.

Requirements:

Master's or (BS with 3+ years of experience) in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience. Candidate must have demonstrated experience and interest in high performance computing with a background in statistics, machine learning, or artificial intelligence applications. Candidates with strong mathematical foundations and interest in working with diverse problems are highly desirable. Candidate must have highly effective organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as effective presentation skills and the ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
