BCBA/LBA Position at Level Ahead ABA

Level Ahead ABA is seeking a dedicated BCBA/LBA to provide high-quality ABA therapy to individuals with autism and related disorders. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and providing guidance and support to caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments to inform treatment plans
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans, including function-based behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs
  • Train, supervise, and guide RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans
  • Monitor ongoing ABA programs, assess, and update as needed
  • Ensure accurate electronic data reflective of client progress on our data collection platform
  • Provide ABA training and support to parents and other caregivers
  • Coordinate treatment with other members of the client's team
Requirements:
  • Current BCBA certification and state licensure
  • Current malpractice insurance
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Demonstrated skill and experience implementing ABA therapy with individuals with autism and related disorders
  • Familiarity with clinical assessments such as the Vineland, VB-Mapp, ABBLS, AFFL's, etc.
  • Strong supervisory and management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to establish supportive and collaborative relationships with parents and caregivers
  • Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly
