Join Our Team as a Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Behavioral Health Field. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing one-to-one ABA direct services to clients with IDD/ASD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions to clients
  • Collect and record data on client behavior
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors
  • Assist BCBA in behavioral assessment and treatment planning
  • Seek consultation from supervisors to ensure effective treatment
Requirements:
  • Valid RBT certification
  • 6 months of experience as an RBT
  • Willingness to commute to client cases
