Key Responsibilities- Packaging and Shipping: Ensure accurate and timely packaging of finished goods, adhering to established procedures and controls.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with Inventory, Operations, and Purchasing teams to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure efficient material flow.
- Communication and Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with internal and external contacts, including Inventory, Operations, Purchasing, Scheduling, Accounting, and Program Management teams.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to solve issues quickly, multitask, and adapt to changing environment conditions, including physical lifting and moving.
- Technology and Software: Operate basic Microsoft software packages, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as TCM and UPS software.
- Work Environment and Safety: Maintain a safe, efficient, and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in packaging/shipping or operational roles.
- Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, move, and handle materials, as well as operate a forklift.
- Certifications: Forklift certification and eligibility to obtain certification for driving delivery trucks.
