Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing efforts with development and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow testing experience.
  • Proven experience in test case design, test planning, and test effort estimation.
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools such as JIRA, Silk Central, or HP QC.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Test Manager, with a team management experience of at least 5 team members.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow certification.
  • ISTQB Test Manager certification.
