Production Operator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team at PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. in Fremont, CA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform hand soldering, manual assembly, and operate semiautomatic or automated assembly equipment.
  • Set up and operate automated test equipment and functional test units.
  • Inspect and repair products to ensure top-notch quality.
  • Use visual aids, wiring lists, and both verbal and written instructions to guide your work.
  • Inspect component parts before assembly, rejecting any that don't meet our high standards.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of product quality, soldering specifications, and manufacturing information systems.
  • Ability to recognize and communicate issues in the operation process.
  • Commitment to producing high-quality products within set timeframes.
  • Flexibility to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive pay rate: $17.00 to $26.00 per hour.
