Job Summary

We are seeking a Special Education Teacher to join our team. As a Special Education Teacher at beBee Professionals, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing Student Needs: Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' strengths, weaknesses, and areas of need.
  • Designing Tailored Lesson Plans: Develop and implement customized lesson plans that cater to each student's unique requirements.
  • Providing Instruction and Support: Deliver high-quality instruction and support to students in various educational settings.
  • Collaboration with Parents and Colleagues: Work closely with parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitoring Progress and Adjusting Strategies: Continuously monitor student progress, adjust instructional strategies as needed, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • A valid teaching license with a specialization in special education is mandatory.
  • Experience working with students with disabilities is preferred but not required.
  • The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive educational environment is essential.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
