We are currently seeking a full-time Clinical Laboratory Specialist (CLS) to join our laboratory team. This role involves conducting moderate complexity testing and performing phlebotomy procedures.

*SIGN-ON BONUS: New hires in the CLS position may qualify for a tiered Sign-On Bonus.

Bonuses will be distributed in several installments and treated as regular income subject to applicable taxes. Further details will be provided upon job offer from North Clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct moderately complex testing in our accredited laboratory
  • Perform a range of tests in chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, and limited microbiology
  • Execute phlebotomy and manage specimen collection and processing according to established protocols
  • Document and report test results in accordance with laboratory policies
  • Collaborate with laboratory personnel under the supervision of the Lab Manager
  • Adhere to safety procedures and policies to maintain a compliant work environment
  • Carry out additional related tasks as required
Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited Clinical Laboratory Technician (CLT) or Medical Technologist (MT) program is required
  • ASCP certification is mandatory
  • Previous laboratory and clinical experience is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Ability to perform a variety of clinical tasks
  • Willingness to travel to other locations as necessary
