Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 3

The Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 3 is a key member of our team, responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electro-mechanical equipment, including belt tracking, component adjustment/replacement, and lubrication.
- Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot electrical circuitry and identify problems.
- Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures.
- Respond to service calls and correct equipment failures and faults.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Typically, an associate degree or vocational technical training is preferred.
- Specialized skill training/certification preferred.
- 2-3 years of troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment preferred.
- Proven experience in area of responsibility and successful demonstration of position and key responsibilities.
The working conditions for this role may include small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, hot/cold temperatures, inside/outside noise, vibration, standing on concrete for long hours, and wet or uneven surfaces.
This role requires the ability to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours and flexibility in covering multiple shifts and holiday hours as required.
