Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including dispensing medications, administering immunizations, and counseling patients on their health and wellness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community partners to promote health and wellness.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest medications, treatments, and healthcare trends to provide the best possible care for patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
