Job Responsibilities
  • Treatment Planning and Implementation

Develop and implement treatment plans that focus on the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of patients.

Home Environment Assessment

Assess the home environment to ensure safety and provide recommendations for any necessary modifications or equipment needs.

Patient and Caregiver Education

Provide patient and caregiver education to ensure a smooth recovery and independence.

Documentation and Communication

Accurately and timely document patient progress and communicate effectively with medical professionals.

Requirements
  • Qualifications

Candidates must have a Massachusetts Occupational Therapist (OTR) license and a minimum of 1-year experience as an Occupational Therapist.

Skills and Abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
