• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of patients.
• Conduct thorough assessments of home environments to ensure safety and provide recommendations for necessary modifications or equipment.
• Provide patient and caregiver education on occupational therapy techniques and strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

• MA Occupational Therapist (OTR) license is required.
• Minimum of 1-year experience as an Occupational Therapist (OTR) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with patients and medical professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
