Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement treatment plans that focus on the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of patients.
  • Assess home environments to ensure safety and provide recommendations for necessary modifications or equipment needs.
  • Provide patient and caregiver education.
  • Accurate and timely documentation.

About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a Home Healthcare Occupational Therapist, you will work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans, assessing home environments, and providing patient and caregiver education.

Requirements:

  • MA Occupational Therapist (OTR) license.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as an Occupational Therapist (OTR).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and medical professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
