Senior Quality Manager

We are seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead our quality management team and drive improvement/corrective actions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and addressing warranty claims.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead quality management to achieve quality objectives, driving improvement/corrective actions and escalation.
- Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and address warranty claims.
- Participate in product design reviews, PPAP processes, and implement necessary changes on the manufacturing floor.
- Conduct Gemba Walks and process audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and control plans.
- Define containment actions to apply for customer protection (including supplier issues).
- Do vehicle issue diagnosis and root cause analysis.
- Ensure that your team carries out pre-analysis activities on time.
- Do risk assessments and lead corrective action plans.
- Guarantee the product-process maturity of the components of your perimeter management of serial life (windows change management).
- Propose alternative product solutions in case of issues (such as shortages) to avoid stopping mass production in the plant.
- Participate in Quality ENG tech clubs.
- Implementation of good ideas and standards (Read Across).
- Ensure the right application in the plant of the technical requirements and the meta function "metiers" standards of your perimeter.
- Ensure that the skills of your team are at the right level.
- Ensure the management activities of your team (daily management control meetings).
- Ensure that your team is working in a safe environment.
- Lead quality KPI management to achieve quality objectives, driving improvement/corrective actions and escalation.
- Resolution of systemic/chronic or major quality issues (Top Warranty, Recalls, etc.).
- Technical support for Yard Holds/Product Related Issues (PRI's) technical referent inside the PRI.
- Set-up/Ongoing Controls for Process/Product Standards for Vehicle & System Functional Objectives (i.e., ADAS, BSR, FEA).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
- Previous experience in an Engineering Department, Vehicle/mechanic Plant, or Project team.
- Able to lead an Engineering team to deliver product changes and launches on time.
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal from High-Level Meetings down to the Shop Floor.
- Able to work off-shift hours as necessary.
- Self-motivated and directed.
- Able to thrive in a high-intensity environment while working on multiple projects.
- Rigorous and pragmatic.
- Languages: plant language & English.
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
