Service Advisor

The Service Advisor is a key member of our service team, responsible for scheduling service work and selling additional services to customers. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Schedule service work and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion.
- Identify opportunities to sell additional services and products to customers.
- Work closely with the service manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the service manager.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
- At least six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Work Environment:
The Service Advisor will work in a fast-paced service department environment, with frequent exposure to mechanical parts, outside weather conditions, and moderate noise levels.
