We're seeking a skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Allworth Financial. This is a full-time, Exempt role based out of our Folsom, CA, Cincinnati, OH, or Addison, TX offices. You'll have the opportunity to work with a high-growth, private equity-backed, multi-branch Registered Investment Advisor. Our team is dedicated to delivering long- and short-term investment planning solutions and advice to help clients achieve their goals.
As a Tax Manager, you'll participate in internal strategy discussions, collaborate with financial advisors, and identify and resolve client tax-related questions and issues. You'll also exhibit strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with clients, advisors, tax authorities, and firm staff.
Our ideal candidate will have a BS/BA degree in accounting, a valid CPA license, and at least 6 years of experience in individual, trust, and gift tax return preparation and review. You'll also have proficiency in income tax planning and compliance, as well as experience with multi-state tax preparation and filing.
We offer a competitive base salary range of $105,000-$130,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K contributions, and flexible paid time off. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review income, estate/trust, and gift tax returns
