Position Overview

As a Customer Support Representative at TherapyNotes, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing top-notch support and training on our software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support - Provide expert technical support to customers, including training on software features and troubleshooting complex issues.

Requirements
