We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse to join our team as a local traveler. This opportunity allows for flexibility in nursing practices, care coordination, and resident education across various clinical settings within a 150-mile radius from your home address.

**Key Responsibilities**

Provide high-quality patient care, including preventative measures, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.

Responsible for coordinating care, conducting resident assessments, and educating residents on their healthcare needs.

May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel based on their competence level.

Support delegates in ensuring safe and reliable administration of resident care and addressing any concerns that may arise.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.

Hold an active RN license in good standing with the state where you will be practicing or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.

Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
