At America Needs You, we're committed to helping low-income, first-generation college students achieve their academic and professional goals. As a Mentor Coach, you'll play a vital role in empowering one of our Fellows to succeed.
About the RoleWe're seeking dedicated professionals who can commit to working one-on-one with a Fellow for two years. As a Mentor Coach, you'll attend Saturday workshops, participate in hands-on activities, and share your industry expertise to help your Fellow grow professionally and academically.
Requirements- Attend one in-person half-day Saturday workshop a month with your Fellow for two years
- Care about advancing racial equity and supporting economic mobility for first-generation college students
- Be a college graduate with 1+ years of work experience and willing to share your industry expertise and network
- Support a talented, first-generation college student in their professional and academic endeavors
- Grow your leadership skills and personal professional development
- Access to the ANY network and engagement with other professionals in your region
