**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team as an Executive Career Assistant. In this role, you will provide high-level support to an executive leader on the Executive Career Path, exercising sound judgment and applying advanced knowledge of Sutter Health's administrative infrastructure, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to an executive leader, including preparing meeting materials, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Work closely with the executive leader to develop and implement strategic plans and goals.
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other records as needed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, catering, and logistics.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to achieve departmental and corporate objectives.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of recent relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced skill level in software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook), internet search software, and related information systems.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prioritize assignments and work within standardized policies and procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
