Clerical and Administrative Coordinator

About the Position
The Avis Budget Group, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerical and Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support to our airport operations team. As a Clerical and Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative assistance, including running reports, processing invoices and expenses, ordering supplies, and managing vendor accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the operations team
- Run and compile reports to help inform business decisions
- Process invoices and other expenses in a timely and accurate manner
- Order supplies and manage vendor accounts to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications
