We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lash Extension Specialist to join our team at Deka Lash. As a Lash Extension Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality lash extension services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lash Artistry and Tinting: You will be responsible for applying lash extensions and tinting services to our clients, ensuring that they receive a high-quality and personalized experience.
- Upselling and Product Knowledge: You will be expected to have a strong understanding of our products and services, and to upsell and promote them to our clients as needed.
- Client Service and Communication: You will be responsible for checking clients in and out, engaging with them in a friendly and professional manner, and ensuring that they have a positive experience at our studio.
- Sanitation and Industry Standards: You will be expected to maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all industry standards and regulations.
- Additional Duties: You may be required to perform additional duties as needed, such as assisting with marketing and promotional activities, or participating in training and development programs.
- Current Cosmetology or Esthetician License: You must have a current cosmetology or esthetician license to be considered for this role.
- Lash Extension Training: You will be required to complete our extensive training program in lash extension techniques and application.
- Positive Attitude and Teamwork: You must have a positive attitude and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Availability and Flexibility: You must be available to work weekends and evenings, and be flexible with your schedule as needed.
- Marketing and Sales Skills: You will be expected to have strong marketing and sales skills, and to be able to promote our services and products to our clients.
- Client Communication and Consultation: You will be responsible for communicating effectively with clients, and for consulting with them to determine their lash extension needs and preferences.
- Product Knowledge and Education: You will be expected to have a strong understanding of our products and services, and to be able to educate clients on the benefits and proper use of our products.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $26.00 per hour, as well as opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
