We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lash Artist to join our team at Deka Lash. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality lash extension services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert lash extension services, including application, maintenance, and removal
- Upsell and promote Deka Lash products and services to clients
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to industry standards and regulations
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized lash design and application services
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Current cosmetology or esthetician license
- Experience in lash extension services, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Willingness to learn and grow, with a focus on developing and perfecting lash extension skills
