• Deliver high-quality lash extension services, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty
• Upsell products and services, driving revenue growth and increasing client engagement
• Manage client bookings, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery
• Engage with clients, providing world-class service and building strong relationships
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to industry standards and sanitation protocols
• Perform additional duties as required, supporting the team and driving business growth

• Current cosmetology or esthetician license, with a strong foundation in lash extension techniques
• Ability to learn and adapt to Deka Lash's proprietary lash application method
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships
• Ability to work weekends and evenings, with flexibility to meet business demands
• Willingness to learn and grow, with a commitment to ongoing skill development and improvement
• Knowledge of Deka Lash retail products, with the ability to educate and promote to clients
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences

$26.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company
