Nurse Care Specialist

At Consulate Health Care, we are dedicated to providing exceptional senior healthcare services. As a Registered Nurse - RN, you will play a vital role in overseeing patient care within our senior living settings. Your responsibilities will include supervising a dedicated team, ensuring compliance with regulations and facility protocols, and coordinating personalized care for residents in collaboration with other staff members.
Responsibilities
As an RN, you will manage certified nursing assistants, handling tasks such as determining work assignments, staffing schedules, and recruitment. You will also provide hands-on nursing care to residents while embodying our core values. Your role extends to implementing innovative ideas and fostering continuous improvement in systems and processes specific to skilled nursing facilities care.
Qualifications
We are seeking a qualified RN with active state nursing licensure and experience in skilled nursing/rehabilitation facilities. New nursing school graduates are also encouraged to apply. Most centers have schedule options for morning, afternoon, and night shifts available to RNs. Shifts are typically between 7 AM - 3 PM, 3 PM - 11 PM.
