Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Laundry Attendant Lead to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds Lake Oconee. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the laundry department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes monitoring washing, drying, and drying machinery, adding chemicals, and cleaning lint traps. Additionally, the Laundry Attendant Lead will be responsible for inspecting cleanliness, folding and placing items in clean linen carts, and maintaining accurate records of items laundered.


Key Responsibilities



  • Supervise daily laundry operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor washing, drying, and drying machinery, adding chemicals, and cleaning lint traps.
  • Inspect cleanliness of articles removed from the washer, dryer, or dry-cleaning machines and place in clean linen carts.
  • Maintain accurate records of items laundered.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members.
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education:


No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required for this role.


Work Experience:


A minimum of 2 years of experience in a laundry or related field is preferred.


Salary and Benefits


The estimated salary for this role is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will be entitled to a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
