Assembly/Full Build Specialist

Job Summary:
LC Staffing is seeking a skilled Assembly/Full Build Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and job orders to understand product specifications and requirements.
- Operate machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products, adhering to strict tolerances and specifications.
- Inspect and test products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify and correct defects, and prepare surfaces for further finishing.
- Record product and processing data, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic mechanical and metalworking skills, with specialized training in metalworking or manufacturing preferred.
- Proven ability to work safely and accurately, with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced production environment.
