Job Overview:This position is responsible for managing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and adhere to our high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in pier construction, foundation repair, and waterproofing, coupled with strong leadership capabilities and a dedication to superior workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee, direct, and coordinate the activities of the construction crew specializing in pier work, ensuring optimal efficiency and quality outcomes.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from inception to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with project specifications.
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to accurately implement construction plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, fostering a secure work environment for all team members.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections and assessments, proactively identifying and resolving issues to prevent project delays.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to guarantee timely procurement of materials and services.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and the operations manager, providing regular updates on project status.
  • Mentor and train crew members, promoting a culture of learning, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage project documentation, including permits, reports, and construction logs.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Construction Supervisor in pier construction, foundation repair, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction practices, materials, and project management principles specific to waterproofing and foundation repair.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a construction crew.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents and blueprints.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and quality benchmarks in the construction sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
