About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Payer Marketing and Market Access Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for building trusted relationships with clients, ensuring high client satisfaction, and fostering strong team and matrix relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical companies, with a focus on payer marketing and market access.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Background in early phase commercial development.
  • Knowledge of market research and data analysis.
