In this role, you will work closely with clients in a supportive environment, implementing strategies under the guidance of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct support and care to clients in various settings, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
- Learn and apply specialized behavioral methods and strategies under the supervision of a case manager.
- Attend mandatory training sessions and participate in staff meetings to enhance your skills.
- Implement intervention plans and assist in skill development as directed by the case supervisor.
- Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of behavioral strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and adherence to behavior plans.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RBT
- Valid automobile insurance and the ability to travel as needed
- Successful completion of a background check and a current TB test.

Work Environment:
- Varied settings, including educational institutions, clinics, and home environments
- Ability to adapt to moderate to loud noise levels and diverse behavioral needs.
