for the Behavior Support Technician
Deliver individualized behavior intervention services as outlined by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), adhering to all relevant federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as directed by the administrator, to ensure the highest quality of care is maintained at all times.
Target client age range: 2-6 years old
Opportunity for guaranteed weekly hours
Paid lunch break
Get paid to become a Behavior Support Technician
Receive compensation while obtaining your RBT, a nationally recognized certification.
We cover the costs for your 40-hour RBT training course and provide paid time to complete the training videos.
All expenses for the RBT application and exam are fully covered (a savings of $95).
Additional paid orientation and internal training, along with ongoing educational opportunities.

Essential Accountabilities
for the Behavior Support Technician
Implement behavior intervention plans and reinforcement schedules as specified by the BCBA.
Facilitate the development of communication, social, self-help, and play skills using ABA principles.
Document client progress and the impact of prescribed treatments.
Collaborate with families, BCBA, and/or BCaBA.
Maintain positive and productive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
Complete training as required by the BCBA.
Support and ensure a safe and positive environment for clients and colleagues.
Potential for wage increases and promotions every six months.
Annual $100 professional development stipend.
Monday through Friday schedule (no nights or weekends).

Requirements
At least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Credential or willingness to enroll and complete courses within the first 30 days of job offer preferred
Must possess a valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
