Senior Employee Benefits Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Employee Benefits Consultant to join our team at NFP. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on employee benefits and insurance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and team members to meet their needs and deliver high-quality results.
- Manage and track project status, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Review client financial data and draft financial reports, with oversight from senior team members.
- Participate in client calls and meetings, taking notes and ensuring follow-up as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Four-year college or university degree.
- Up to 2 years of work or industry experience preferred.
- Life, Accident and Health License required, to be obtained within 90 days of employment.

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $155,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
