We are seeking a dedicated individual to become a part of our maintenance team at our FDA-registered outsourcing facility. This full-time role involves a standard workweek with potential for overtime or schedule adjustments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure optimal performance of facilities and equipment.
- Conduct general maintenance tasks, including lamp replacements, basic construction, electrical work, door repairs, and plumbing.
- Demonstrate experience in maintaining production machinery.
- Prioritize equipment reliability through preventative maintenance and facility enhancements.
- Execute assigned preventive maintenance activities and minor mechanical repairs on production and other equipment.
- Utilize structured preventive maintenance systems to uphold machinery and equipment according to manufacturer guidelines and best practices.
- Document all maintenance tasks and repairs to maintain efficient equipment operation.
- Coordinate with service providers as necessary.
- Familiarize with standards that establish equipment performance benchmarks.
- Understand and apply the principles of 5S and lean methodologies.
- Assist with warehouse operations, including material receiving and handling.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing various physical tasks.
- Adhere to cleanroom protocols and gowning procedures.
- Be prepared to undertake additional responsibilities as required.
