Key Qualifications and Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ideally in Mechanical Engineering, accompanied by a minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, particularly within the consumer goods or high-speed production sectors.
  • Experience in vibration analysis and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is essential for consideration.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, along with a solid technical and problem-solving skill set, is required, as well as strong leadership capabilities.
