Job Summary

Prysmian Group is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing electrical preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on all company equipment and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical Maintenance: Perform routine electrical maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of electrical equipment and systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues, using advanced diagnostic techniques and tools.
  • Installation and Start-up: Install and start up new electrical equipment and systems, ensuring they are functioning properly and safely.
  • Modification and Repair: Make modifications and repairs to electrical equipment and systems as needed, to ensure they meet the needs of the operating department.
Requirements
  • Education: Industrial Electrical or Electronics Associate Degree is required.
  • Experience: One (1) or two (2) years of experience as an industrial electrician, along with experience in PLC's is preferred.
  • Skills: Solid, stable work history; willingness to work in a team environment and participate in safety, quality, and production improvement activities.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Environment: The incumbent must be able to stand for long periods of time and work in hot conditions during the summer months and in cold conditions during the winter.
  • Physical Demands: The team member must be able to lift, push, pull, reach, grip, and bend according to our Pre-employment Screening Requirements.
