Job Title: Records Examiner

Join FSA Federal in a dynamic role as a Records Examiner, supporting the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in its mission to protect the American people and uphold the Constitution.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Resolve inconsistencies and discrepancies in received data.
  • Enter required data into databases, documents, or spreadsheets with precision.
  • Manage case files and data systems, ensuring compliance with established deadlines.
  • Provide timely status updates and respond to inquiries with accurate information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the team.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree or High School Diploma/GED with two years of experience.
  • One year of experience in asset forfeiture or a related field, including legal and military experience.
  • Ability to understand the organization and functions of the FBI.
  • Strong project and workload management skills.
  • Excellent communication and data entry skills.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office suite and other common software applications.
  • Proven commitment to customer service and teamwork.
