About the Role:
Thriveworks, a clinician-owned national outpatient mental health private practice group, is seeking a Part Time Licensed Talk Therapist to join our team in Cambridge, MA.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $74,500 per year, depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid orientation, PTO, annual pay increases, additional bonus opportunities, flexibility with your schedule, no-show protection, full clinical caseload typically established within the first 90 days, and more.

Job Requirements:
- LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC licensure in Massachusetts
- Clinicians must be licensed and living in the state where they will be practicing
- Ability to see a minimum of 15 sessions per week
- Strong character, with qualities such as integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care
- Self-guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours
- A true partnership and willingness to grow into leadership roles or supervisors
