Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Coach. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards in our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience for all customers.
  • Drive sales through effective selling and clienteling strategies, building strong relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
  • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store looks appealing and well-organized at all times.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and returns.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and support the overall success of the store.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
