About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Comoto Holdings. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a strong sense of product knowledge to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized retail experiences to customers, ensuring they receive accurate and timely information about products and services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to merchandising plans and company standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with brand and product knowledge, company information, sales, and company-wide events to become a valuable resource to our customer base.

Requirements
  • 1+ year of sales or customer service experience.
  • A self-starter mentality with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • An open mind and eagerness to learn and be part of the riding community.
  • Experience with computers and POS systems, particularly RetailPro.
  • Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (desired but not required).
