As a skilled LPN, you will play a vital role in the care and treatment of patients at Pinehurst Medical Clinic. We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team as a Telephone Triage/Call Center nurse.

About the Job

This is a day shift position (Monday through Friday) with no weekends or holidays. The salary for this role is estimated to be around $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. As a hybrid LPN, you will work from home 2-3 days a week and spend the remaining time in our office.

In this role, you will perform nursing phone triage functions under the direction of physicians. You will answer incoming calls, review patient records, schedule appointments, use the EMR task function, document in patient records, provide education to patients, act as liaison for patients-directing calls for referrals, answer questions, and provide other information as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • Licensed as LPN in accordance with North Carolina statutes.
  • CPR certified within the first 90 days.
