Job Title: Developmental Therapist - Autism Care Specialist

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Developmental Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our interdisciplinary clinic, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Individualized ABA Therapy Sessions: Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children aged 2-6, adhering to the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy.
  • Implement Intervention Plans: Work closely with our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement individualized intervention plans that align with ABA therapy principles.
  • Build Rapport with Families: Establish strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress and ensuring ongoing communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in Continuous Training: Engage in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Qualifications:
  • Education and Certification: Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field, with the ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive.
  • Teamwork and Communication Skills: Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
