Job Overview

Knowhirematch is seeking a seasoned Reliability Engineer to lead our maintenance and reliability efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize equipment performance, reduce downtime, and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement reliability strategies to improve equipment performance and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Lead mechanical maintenance efforts for all equipment not covered by the Mechanical Integrity program.
  • Coordinate improvements to boost overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), yields, reliability, and quality.
  • Evaluate maintenance costs and repair frequencies, using OEE loss analyses to identify and rectify underperforming assets.
  • Manage cross-functional teams focused on Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Six Sigma projects, and equipment improvements.
  • Prepare monthly reports on the status of maintenance, reliability activities, and ongoing capital projects.
  • Ensure high-quality work order management and prioritize daily/weekly maintenance schedules.
  • Lead RCA investigations for significant reliability incidents, assigning leaders and resources as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years as a Reliability/Maintenance Engineer in a PSM-regulated chemical plant.
  • Strong knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance, mechanical integrity, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • Proficient in RCM, RCA, Six Sigma, and CMMS programs.
  • Eligibility: Must be able to work now and in the future without sponsorship.
