Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CT Scan Technologist to join our team at Atlantic Health System. As a CT Scan Technologist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality images of patients' internal organs and tissues using computed tomography (CT) scanners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret physician scanning instructions and administer contrast materials as needed.
  • Prepare and operate CT scanner equipment to capture high-quality images.
  • Position patients to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures.
  • Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Utilize EPIC, Radiant, and PACS systems to schedule and transmit images to radiologists for interpretation.
  • Prepare and administer contrast material using power injectors.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Accredited educational program in radiology and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Associate's degree in Applied Science in Diagnostic Radiology.
  • Licensure by the State in Diagnostic Technology.
  • CT Certification preferred.
