About the Role

At Ulta Beauty, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brow Waxing Expert to join our team. As a key member of our beauty team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality brow waxing services to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and engage every guest, personalizing service to their needs, and recommending complementary products, samples, and services.
  • Brow Waxing Services: Perform short services at the Brow Bar, including eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting, in accordance with all of Ulta Beauty's policies and procedures.
  • Sales and Service Goals: Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals, and contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and retail shrink.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed regarding new and existing industry trends, products, and services during work time, and be knowledgeable about the ingredients and benefits of these trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with managers and associates throughout the store to help grow the business and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma is preferred, and a cosmetology or esthetics license is required where required by state law.
  • Experience: Experience in makeup application, eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting is preferred.
  • Skills: Demonstrates significant competency in sales, products, and service, and has the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
